Adrian Gropper MD has been a medical device and medical software entrepreneur and advocates for patient control of health data. We discussed patient-directed exchange, and the 21st Century Cures Act’s health data interoperability provisions, the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA), and CMS’s MyHealthEData initiative, as the developing backdrop against which specific solutions will be built.
