HHS Expands TEFCA by Adding Two Additional QHINs
The ONC announced that two additional organizations—CommonWell Health Alliance and Kno2—have been designated as Qualified Health Information Networks™ (QHINs) capable of nationwide health data exchange governed by the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement.

Participation Continues to Grow in CMS’ ACO Initiatives in 2024

Reminder: MIPS 2023 Data Submission is Open
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services opened data submission for Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) eligible clinicians who participated in the 2023 performance year of the Quality Payment Program. Data can be submitted and updated until 8:00 p.m. ET on April 1, 2024.
CMS Finalizes Rule to Expand Access to Health Information and Improve the Prior Authorization Process
