MeHI Deputy Director
The Deputy Director for the Massachusetts eHealth Institute, working closely with the Director, (i) helps set general direction and strategy for the Institute, (ii) is responsible for the design and implementation of monitoring systems, processes and protocols that enable the Institute to conduct and report on its activities and (iii) oversees day-to-day management of the Institute. This includes the coordination of all service line directors/managers, accountability for operations management and driving achievement of work plans/goals of the division. This position will be based at the MassTech Boston office with regularly scheduled days at MassTech’s Westborough campus and travel to events across Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity for a strong manager with superior interpersonal skills and strategy capacity to help new and innovative public-sector digital healthcare programs succeed.
Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator supports the eHealth Services Initiatives as required, with responsibilities in three categories – (1) Contract and Financial Administration; (2) Division Operations; and (3) Program Support and Special Projects. The percentages of time associated with these categories are estimates and may vary depending on the business needs of MeHI and MassTech. At the direction of the eHealth Services Director, this position also works with MeHI Leadership Team and/or staff when in the Westborough office and is responsible for several areas of interaction with other Mass Tech Collaborative departments. This position is based at MassTech’s Westborough campus.
Customer Support Specialist (Full Time)
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to support and promote the Meaningful Use Support Services Program. The Customer Support Specialist processes requests and handles inquiries from healthcare executives, administrators, providers and hospitals according to established guidelines. The Customer Support Specialist is required to develop and maintain a solid understanding of the Meaningful Use Support Services Program. This position is based at MassTech’s Westborough campus.
Customer Support Specialist (Part Time)
The Customer Service Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to support and promote the Medicaid EHR Incentive Payment Program. The Customer Service Support Specialist handles calls from providers and hospitals according to established guidelines. Customer Service Support Specialist is required to develop and maintain a solid understanding of the Medicaid EHR Incentive Payment Program. This is a 20-hour per week, benefits-eligible position based at MassTech’s Westborough campus.
