Lisa Bari is the CEO of Civitas Networks for Health, a national nonprofit member and mission-driven organization that connects and empowers regional health improvement collaboratives, health information exchanges, and other stakeholders to use health data and multi-sector approaches to improve health outcomes and equity. With over a decade of experience in health tech, interoperability, and value-based care, Lisa is a recognized leader and advocate in the field of health data innovation and collaboration.

Lisa has a unique combination of skills and credentials that enable her to bridge the gap between policy, technology, and practice. She holds an MBA from Purdue University and an MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She previously served as the Health IT and Interoperability lead at CMS Innovation Center, where she led health IT policy for several models and was one of the authors of the CMS Interoperability and Patient Access rule, along with other CMS regulatory and guidance publications. She is also an advisor, board member, and consultant for various health tech organizations and initiatives, such as Redesign Health, eHealth Exchange and Zorya Foundation. Lisa is passionate about advancing health data interoperability, accessibility, and usability to support patient-centered and population health improvement.
