MU Live! Turns to Meaningful Use Core Measure 15
We’re finishing up  our second month of hosting MU Live!, our bi-monthly 30 minute webcast that looks at meaningful use in the news and addresses questions from our audience members.
There are a lot of great benefits to discussing meaningful use in this format: updated news, getting questions addressed directly from our experts, the short duration for scheduling, etc. Another benefit is that the format allows us to get granular on very specific meaningful use topics. Â Our first MU Live! guest speaker will do just that tomorrow at 2 pm EDT.
This MU Live! segment will look at the core objective for both EPs and EHs related to protected electronic health information and security risk analysis.  Pete Niner of Techumen will take questions from our audience. Here’s a recap of this objective:

Measure: Conduct or review a security risk analysis in accordance with the requirements under 45 CFR 164.308(a)(1) and implement security updates as necessary and correct identified security deficiencies as part of its risk management process.
