Share your interoperability project by submitting a new project at the IPG or update the status of a project that had been posted within the last 90 days. Once a project is submitted or updated, it will be added to the queue to be randomly selected as a featured project. Learn more about the IPG Spotlight.
Spotlighted Projects
- Western Collaborative Patient-Centered Data Home. This UHIN project seeks to allow healthcare information to quickly and securely follow patients to other healthcare providers within five states.
- Distributed Data Sharing Hyperledger (DDASH). DDASH is an open-source protocol for information exchange across blockchain networks; it seeks to eliminate barriers to information exchange and create open economies around health information.
- Moxe Health – Clinical Data Sharing – Substrate. Moxe Health’s Substrate platform leverages HL7/FHIR standards and vendor specific tools to create normalized, machine-readable health records that facilitate the real-time exchange of clinical, analytic, and administrative data.
- Â Optimizing Detection and Treatment of High-Risk Heart Failure Patients. This project is a collaboration between RxRevu and UCHealth to automatically detect when high-risk heart failure patients are not prescribed evidence-based medications and gives healthcare providers non-interruptive methods to ensure patients are taking proven, evidence-based medications.
