Patient Safety Awareness Week
This was Patient Safety Awareness Week. The annual event led by the NPSF (National Patient Safety Foundation) is an educational campaign which includes participation from healthcare organization around the world. We followed and joined the conversation with the celebration’s two hashtags – #PSAW2015 and #PSAWunited. Here are some highlights.
