The 1-Click revolutionized the online shopping experience, reducing the industry’s average shopping cart abandonment rate of 70 percent (better for Amazon) and streamlining the shopping experience (better for the shopper).
The first rule of any technology used in a business is that automation applied to an efficient operation will magnify the efficiency. The second is that automation applied to an inefficient operation will magnify the inefficiency.

We once had a customer explain to us their existing insurance discovery processes that involved a combination of documenting, printing, scanning and entering the same information multiple times through the revenue cycle.
