Humana Inc. to Release Fourth Quarter 2024 Results on February 11, 2025
Humana Inc. will release its financial results for the fourth quarter 2024 (4Q24), as well as prepared management remarks (in PDF format), on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 6:30 a.m. Eastern time. The company will host a live question and answer session at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time that morning to discuss its financial results for the quarter and earnings guidance for 2025.

UnitedHealth promotes leader of retirement business to replace slain CEO Thompson
UnitedHealth Group will promote one of its top insurance executives to replace Brian Thompson, the slain CEO of its UnitedHealthcare arm. The company said Thursday that Tim Noel will become the next UnitedHealthcare leader. Noel most recently led UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare and retirement business. He joined the company in 2007.

Banner|Aetna announces the retirement of its founding CEO, Tom Grote, and the appointment of Victoria Coley as the organization’s new chief executive officer effective January 1, 2025. CVS Health Foundation grants $4 million as part of its new healthy aging initiative
The CVS Health® Foundation announced $4 million in grants over five years as part of its new Healthy Aging initiative to support Atlanta Regional Collaborative for Health Improvement in Atlanta, GA, Center for Better Aging in Chicago, IL, EngageWell Independent Provider Association in New York, NY and Palm Health Foundation in Boynton Beach, FL. Each organization will receive $1 million in funding to improve health care access and resources for aging community members with brain, heart and behavioral conditions, as well as their caregivers.
