UnitedHealthcare Selected by State of Missouri to Serve Medicaid Beneficiaries
The state of Missouri has selected UnitedHealthcare (@UnitedHealthGrp) Community Plan of Missouri as one of three managed care organizations to administer its MO HealthNet Managed Care Program for Medicaid members in Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

The announcement of Phase 2 of the initiative brings to 21 the number of states where KAH home health services have transitioned – or started transitioning – to CenterWell Home Health.

AHIP Launches New Policy Roadmap to Create Healthier Markets, Improve Health Care Affordability and Access for Every American
AHIP launched Healthier People through Healthier Markets, a new policy roadmap and set of solutions to improve health care affordability and access for every American. The effort is focused on boosting competition in health care markets and reining in harmful practices that hurt American families. With the launch of this policy roadmap, AHIP sent letters to President Biden and the leadership of Congress that lay out a detailed set of legislative and regulatory enforcement actions to increase competition in health care, drive down costs, and improve health care access for patients.

Passione said she went online to search for the federal health insurance marketplace, clicked on a link, and entered her information. She promptly got multiple calls from insurance brokers and bought a plan for $384 a month.
