Connecticut – CTHealthLink
CTHealthLink (@CTHealthLink) is a physician-led health information network delivered in partnership with the Connecticut State Medical Society (CSMS) offering a suite of health information technology tools to help health professionals across the state of Connecticut CONNECT. ANALYZE. ENGAGE. and TRANSFORM. the healthcare industry.
Diameter Health Achieves NCQA Certification for All 2017 eMeasures – Diameter Health, the company that cures clinical data disorder, has been certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for all 25 of the 2017 eMeasures (eCQMs). Diameter Health is the only company currently certified for all 25 measures. Diameter Health is also a partner of Kansas Health Information Network (@khininfo).

Maine – HealthInfoNet
HealthInfoNet (@hinfonet) is a Maine-based, independent nonprofit designated by the State of Maine to operate Maine’s statewide health information exchange. The HIE links medical information from separate health care sites to create a single electronic patient health record. This record is accessible to a patient’s authorized health care providers to support treatment. HealthInfoNet provides a secure, standardized electronic system where health care providers can share important patient information, giving them the tools they need to make more informed treatment decisions, especially in an emergency.
HealthInfoNet Joins CommonWell Health Alliance – HealthInfoNet announced it is joining CommonWell Health Alliance® as a General Member to help break down barriers to nationwide data exchange. CommonWell, a not-for-profit trade association made up of diverse health IT stakeholders dedicated to creating universal access to health data via a person-centered, nationwide network.
California Association of Health Information Exchanges (CAHIE)
The California Association of Health Information Exchanges (@info_cahie) is a collection of individuals and organizations focused on securely sharing health information. CAHIE’s mission is to facilitate and promote the secure exchange of information throughout California to improve the quality, safety and affordability of health services.
CAHIE Onboards to eHealth Exchange – CAHIE has on-boarded to the eHealth Exchange, enabling participants on the California Trusted Exchange Network (CTEN) to connect to its members. CAHIE worked with eHealth Exchange leadership to expedite on-boarding, completing the process in less than 12 hours.
Ohio – CliniSync
CliniSync (@CliniSync) is a nonprofit, independent, private organization originally funded from HITECH and the ONC. The Ohio Health Information Partnership assisted providers in EHR adoption and the infrastructure for statewide HIE. It was named CliniSync, which signifies Clinical data synchronization.
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Joins HIE – The Wright-Patterson 88th Medical Group is the first military medical center in Ohio to participate in a civilian Health Information Exchange program. This program provides real time patient information and improves communication with civilian providers.

Wisconsin Statewide Health Information Network (WISHIN)
In October 2010 Wisconsin officially announced its intention to designate WISHIN (@WISHIN_Pulse), a not-for-profit organization formed by the Wisconsin Hospital Association, Wisconsin Medical Society, Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality, and Wisconsin Health Information Organization, as the State-designated entity to govern statewide HIE. DE on October 25, 2010. WISHIN is responsible for implementing Wisconsin’s Strategic and Operational Plan. The plan requires multi-stakeholder collaboration and emphasizes ongoing development of government and policy structures.

New York -Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY)
The SHIN-NY is the only HIE that provides universal access regardless of network or EHR system. New York State has made a significant investment in the SHIN-NY and in 2016 they set a goal of connecting 100% of the PPS across the state to the SHIN-NY. The eight RHIOs that make up the SHIN-NY are working directly with the PPS organizations to meet their needs.
New York eHealth Collaborative Engages Verato for Patient Matching Services – Verato, Inc., a provider of cloud-based patient matching solutions, announced that the New York eHealth Collaborative, a not-for-profit organization that is working with the New York State Department of Health to lead the advancement of the Statewide Health Information Network for New York, will use Verato AUTO-STEWARD, a service on the next-generation Verato Universalâ„¢ MPI (master patient index) platform. Verato AUTO-STEWARD will automate the process for difficult potential matches that the SHIN-NY’s existing MPI has flagged for manual review and resolution by a data steward and will enhance patient matching accuracy and efficiency.
Christina Galanis to Step Down as President and CEO of HealthlinkNY to Become President of WOMBA – Christina Galanis, who has served successfully as President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthlinkNY for the past thirteen years, will leave her position as of December 31, 2017, to become President of WOMBA, announced Rajesh Davé, MD, MBA, Chairman of the HealthlinkNY Board of Directors. Dr. Davé said that HealthlinkNY Senior Vice President Staci Romeo, MBA, will assume the role of Interim Executive Director.

Colorado Regional Health Information Exchange (CORHIO)
CORHIO (@CORHIO) manages one of the country’s largest and most successful health information exchange networks and works to improve healthcare through the use of information technology and data exchange.
Kaiser Permanente Colorado Data Now Available in CORHIO Health Information Exchange – Kaiser Permanente Colorado has enhanced their participation in CORHIO’s health information exchange (HIE) network and is now making care summary documents available to the community via CORHIO’s web portal, PatientCare 360®. The care summary documents include clinical information on patients recently seen by Kaiser Permanente Colorado physicians.
Michigan – Great Lakes Health Connect (GLHC)
Great Lakes Health Connect (@GLHC_HIE) is one of the largest and most successful Health Information Exchanges in the country and is growing rapidly. GLHC is committed to creating care-connected communities across Michigan. Their vision is to enhance patient experience, improve health outcomes, and reduce costs across the continuum of care.
Monthly E-Newsletter The Interface – GLHC’s monthly newsletter provides a holiday message from Executive Director, Doug Dietzman complete with Seuss like rhymes. The organization has also undergone a branding overhaul ” to more clearly reflect and communicate the breadth and depth of services, stakeholder value, and commitment to community that we work hard as an organization to deliver each and every day.”
Utah Health Information Network (UHIN)
UHIN (@UHIN_HIE) has been in operation since 1993 beginning as a claims “post office.” Today it also operates the Clinical Health Information Exchange (cHIE), which empowers doctors and patients to work together for safer, better-coordinated care by making crucial information available to doctors at the point of care.
