eHealth Initiative and AHIMA
Survey for: ICD-10 Readiness
Surveying: Healthcare Provider Organizations
Survey ends: May 18, 2015
Take the survey.
The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services has mandated that all stakeholders covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) must transition to the ICD-10 code set on October 1, 2015. However, the scope and complexity of the transition are significant. In partnership with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), eHealth Initiative (eHI) is surveying healthcare organizations in spring of 2015 to understand how they are preparing for the transition, assess the anticipated impact of the transition, and explore post-implementation plans.
This survey is intended only for healthcare provider organizations and consists of 20 questions. If you are a healthcare provider, please take 15 minutes to complete the online survey by May 18, 2015. Results from the survey will be presented on a webinar hosted by Greenway Health in June.
eHealth Initiative is a non-profit multi-stakeholder organization seeking to advance the use of technology to improve the quality, efficiency and safety of healthcare.
