One factor recruiters and hiring managers are looking for when they see your resume is uniformity. Even something as seemingly insignificant as different font sizes can turn off a manager instantly. If you aren’t taking the time to revise your resume to look neat and concise, then how does the Manager know you are serious about areas such as documentation? Make sure your fonts are the same, dates are correct, spelling errors have been corrected, and you have a chronological resume that represents your background and skill set. These steps can make the difference between landing that new contract or waiting another month or two for the next one to come along.
