Today’s Tip from Bryon:
One of the best ways to show a potential employer your skills and abilities is by asking good questions yourself during an interview. The questions you ask show your thought process and highlight your skills and areas of expertise. Be willing to ask tough questions that may be challenging to answer. It is best to make sure the people you are potentially working for are a great fit for you. Ask questions about management style, the manager’s background, the make-up and size of the team, etc. This is a huge opportunity to stand out, and many people don’t take advantage of that.
